The School Leads the Classes
HashHackCode can run in-school or after-school using the school’s own teaching team and learning spaces.
HashHackCode Schools
AI is changing what students can produce, but not the thinking required to use it well. HashHackCode builds reasoning, creativity, problem-solving and technology capability through a structured curriculum that progresses from strong foundations to increasingly independent application.

why-it-matters
Teaching students to operate today’s AI interface may help them use one tool, but it does not prepare them for the technologies that will follow. What transfers is the ability to understand a problem, structure an idea, communicate intent, understand what comes back, recognise mistakes and decide what should happen next.
HashHackCode develops these capabilities through a connected curriculum. Students build foundational thinking through the Logic Series and apply it through the Creative Series, so technology becomes a medium for reasoning and creation rather than a substitute for either.
the-school-model
HashHackCode Schools is designed to build capability within the school. We train the teaching team to understand the curriculum, learning method and progression, then support them with the platforms, planning tools and review structure needed to deliver HashHackCode consistently across the year.
HashHackCode can run in-school or after-school using the school’s own teaching team and learning spaces.
Training develops the team’s understanding of the curriculum, learning principles, facilitation approach, platforms, learning plans and assignments.
Group Learning Plans, Personalised Learning Plans and assignments allow teachers to organise learning around both the class and the individual student.
Students continue from their current level of readiness and understanding, building capability progressively across the year.

inclusion
HashHackCode is designed for classrooms where students differ in readiness, pace, processing and the level of support they need. Inclusion is built into the learning model from the start.
Through graded activities, progressive pathways and adaptable planning tools, teachers can maintain a shared direction for the class while adjusting challenge and support for individual students. Inclusion does not mean lowering the standard; it means providing a meaningful entry point and the right support so every student can continue progressing towards greater independence.
implementation-model
HashHackCode Schools brings the curriculum, the learning tools and the academic support into one implementation model. Together, they help teachers maintain a clear direction for the class while giving each student the challenge, practice and support needed to keep progressing.
Learning adapts as understanding grows. Students begin at an appropriate level, build through graded practice and move into greater complexity as they become ready for more independent work.
A Group Learning Plan keeps the class working towards a shared direction, while a Personalised Learning Plan allows individual students to follow a different pace, focus or level of support when needed.
Assignments give each student work matched to their current level and progress, helping teachers see what they can understand, apply and complete with increasing independence.
The Learning App, Coding App and Academy App connect lessons, graded activities, projects, learning plans, assignments, schedules and support across the programme.
HashHackCode trains the teaching team to understand the curriculum, use the platforms, facilitate learning and respond to different levels of student readiness.
Monthly Teacher Meetings review classroom progress and the next learning direction, while Quarterly Stakeholder Reviews look at wider progress and priorities for the next stage.
continuing-support
HashHackCode supports teachers as they begin delivering the programme, respond to different levels of student readiness and build confidence through experience. This support continues throughout the year as part of the school programme.
Training on the curriculum, the learning principles, the platforms, classroom facilitation and the student support process, including how to use Group Learning Plans, Personal Learning Plans and assignments.
Support through roll-out, covering class support, teacher guidance, student onboarding and the practical difficulties that surface in the first weeks of any new programme.
Ongoing support for your teachers during delivery, resolving questions on implementation, activities, student readiness and day-to-day facilitation as they arise.
A review of classroom progress, implementation challenges and student readiness with your teaching team, setting the learning direction for the month ahead.
A review meeting with your stakeholders covering progress and outcomes, with recommendations for the following quarter.
curriculum
The Logic Series develops reasoning, pattern recognition, sequencing, quantitative thinking, comprehension, memory and decision-making through structured, graded learning. Students move from recognising a concept to working with it in varied forms and eventually applying it with greater independence.
Explore the Logic SeriesThe Creative Series develops technology, expression, communication, reasoning and independent problem-solving through coding, design, language, mathematics and projects. Students move from understanding a concept to applying it with purpose, making decisions, responding to feedback and creating work they can explain and improve.

Learning becomes more meaningful when students have opportunities to apply it beyond a regular lesson. Schools can extend the HashHackCode programme through collaborative projects, student-led initiatives, challenges and showcases that connect classroom learning with academic subjects, real-world themes and wider school participation.

Students work together on projects that connect HashHackCode skills with school subjects, shared interests and real-world themes.
Students take greater ownership of the programme by encouraging participation, gathering peer feedback and helping teachers organise activities and events.
Students apply their learning through structured challenges that can bring together logic, coding, design, mathematics, communication and other academic concepts.
Students bring their work together in a school-wide showcase, presenting what they have created, explored and learned across the year.
get-started
We understand your school context and agree how HashHackCode will fit into your teaching environment.
We prepare your teaching team to understand the curriculum, use the learning tools and deliver the programme with confidence.
Students begin from an appropriate level, with the learning structure and support needed to progress.
HashHackCode supports your teachers through implementation, with monthly teacher meetings and quarterly stakeholder reviews across the year.
Begin with a small cohort, experience HashHackCode in your own classroom and see how the curriculum works with your students and teaching team.
Request a Free PilotThe school’s own teaching team delivers the programme, either during the school day or as an after-school programme. HashHackCode provides the curriculum, teacher training, learning platforms, planning tools and continuing implementation support.
Not every teacher needs a coding background before training. HashHackCode prepares the teaching team to understand the curriculum, use the platforms and facilitate the courses they will deliver. Course responsibilities can then be matched to each teacher’s readiness and experience.
Two sessions a week of approximately 45 to 60 minutes is the recommended learning rhythm. Schools can organise these during the school day or after school, depending on the timetable, cohort and delivery model.
Yes. A student can follow either a Group Learning Plan or a Personalised Learning Plan, depending on the level of structure and support they need. Individual assignments can then be matched to the student’s current level, pace and progress.
Students may differ in readiness, pace, processing and the amount of support they need. HashHackCode allows teachers to adjust the learning step, challenge and level of guidance while keeping students connected to meaningful learning goals and progressing towards greater independence.
Support continues beyond initial training. HashHackCode provides implementation support and real-time guidance as questions arise, together with Monthly Teacher Meetings to review classroom progress and Quarterly Stakeholder Reviews to consider wider outcomes and the next programme direction.
Teachers use learning plans, graded activities, assignments and projects to see how students are understanding and applying what they learn. Progress is reviewed through the programme as students move towards greater challenge, ownership and independence.
Yes. HashHackCode is designed as a capability curriculum that can sit alongside the school’s existing academic programme. Group Activity Projects can use subjects and real-world themes as contexts for applying logic, coding, design, mathematics, communication and problem-solving.
No. These form an optional engagement layer for schools that want to extend learning beyond regular classes. They give students additional opportunities to collaborate, apply what they are learning, take greater ownership and present their work to a wider audience.
The recommended setup includes stable internet, suitable computers or laptops, Google Chrome and a supervised learning space. The exact device requirement can also depend on the courses and activities the school chooses to deliver.
Yes. Schools can begin with a smaller cohort or a free pilot to experience how the curriculum works with their students and teaching team before planning a wider implementation.
The school proposal includes the current subscription structure, licence options and commercial terms. Schools can request the proposal or speak with the HashHackCode team to discuss the cohort and implementation model first.
