The term neurodiversity refers to variation in the human brain and mind regarding sociability, learning, attention, mood, and other mental functions. In a work culture, it is an area of diversity that refers to alternative thinking styles; such as individuals with Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.
RisingStars is our new initiative to help neurodiverse individuals to gain exposure to work with a team and for companies to foster a supportive work culture for neurodiverse individuals. Project RisingStars enables neurodiverse individuals to work on mini-tasks with companies for a short duration between 2 to 12 weeks.
